Working Principle

Vibrating screen is through the material in the screen surface vibration or sliding, so that the material smaller than the aperture of the screen mesh through the screen surface to be screened out, while the larger material is left on the sun surface, and then be collected. The principle is simple. Use the centrifugal force generated by the vibration motor to get the excitation force to make the screen body and the material for reciprocating up and down movement, forcing the screen body to drive the screen to do longitudinal movement, so that the material on the vibrating screen by the excitation force and the periodicity of the forward thrown out of a range, and then through the two layers of the screen screen, the material will be effectively divided into three kinds of coarse and fine grades in accordance with the range of the screen's aperture, so as to achieve the ideal screening effect.
