Characteristics

　　1、The material cup is made of stainless steel to ensure that the raw materials are not contaminated and can be used with separate suction machine.

　　2、Using stainless steel drop plate, do not need to be adjusted with different materials.

　　3、The bottom of the flange and the material cup are locked by clamps. Easy to disassemble. Easy to clean the material.

　　4、Specially designed for the optical grade product material cup, reduce the impact of powder on the product to improve product yields.

　　5、Assembled with butt-type photoelectric switch, suitable for direct mounting on the inlet of the moulding machine: assembled with magnetic reed sensor switch suitable for direct mounting on the dryer.

　　6、Using glass material tube with electrostatic capacitance sensor design, can accurately detect the material delivery.

　　7、Assembled with stainless steel filter, can remove the accumulated dust in time.

　　8、Separation valve is adopted to share one motor with several central type material cups, which is used for central material supply system.

Application

　　There are two types of hoppers: vacuum hopper and electric eye hopper. The vacuum hopper can be directly placed on the dryer and the suction action is controlled by a magnetic reed switch; the electric eye hopper can be directly placed on the moulding machine and the filling action of the suction machine is controlled by an opposing-beam photoelectric switch; the built-in vacuum separator valve can be used with the central vacuum generator and the central control station for the systematic material feeding and conveying.
